Good night 20/08/2015

I guess I'm having menses ? Feeling a little cramp since yesterday and also coming a little more red ... Omg! I thought I'm able to rest after giving birth but now suffer again ...

I'm really feeling so tired ... Going to collapse soon or after, headache worst :( Just have my warm shower at this late night, no choice I'm really tired and no energy ... Want to thank myself for daring to go for shower without thoughts of others ...
